When can I play?
Afterglint is coming to iPhone. There is no download link yet. Its first release contains 36 fixed cabinets across three chapters, in English and Simplified Chinese.
What do I do?
Observe a cabinet and remember its objects. When you are ready, hide the arrangement and identify the change. The chapters ask you to remember a missing object, a swapped pair or a changed direction.
Do I need to rush?
Nothing is timed. Study the shapes, positions and directions for as long as you like, then tap Ready — close the curtain. A wrong answer leaves the same challenge, so you can try again.
How do seals work?
A seal means the first confirmed answer in this attempt was correct, without a review. Selecting or clearing an option does not count as an answer. Look again or a wrong confirmation forfeits this attempt’s seal, but you can still complete the cabinet. Begin a new attempt starts fresh; previously earned completions and seals remain.
Can I revisit my collection?
View my restored cabinets shows completed original layouts. If the collection includes the original of a current clean replay, opening it asks for confirmation and counts as a review. Cancel keeps the current attempt unchanged.
What happens when I leave?
The current attempt is saved. Leaving during a curtain transition or review resumes the same altered challenge; a review penalty is kept. No new answer is confirmed automatically. Settings lets you change language, sounds and haptics or reset progress with confirmation. Reset keeps your preferences.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The game is designed for offline play, with no account, advertisements, in-app purchases or subscriptions. The website and support email require an internet connection.
Where is my progress?
Progress and preferences stay on your iPhone. There is no account or cross-device synchronization. Deleting the app may remove your local records.
